Overview

Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (SDSD) is a certification designed to provide seafarers with knowledge and skills to plan threat assessment methods for ships in accordance with the STCW 2010 Amendments.

Requirements:

Photocopy of BST Certificate
ID Card (KTP)
Latest Diploma
Birth Certificate
Two 3x4 Photos (Blue background, white shirt, black tie, no blazer)
Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
Medical Certificate from Padma Bahtera Clinic
Passport (if available)
