Basic Safety Training (BST) is a training program for all company employees with the aim of enabling participants to understand and identify the causes of preventable accidents. This helps prevent accidents and ultimately achieve a zero-accident environment.

Requirements:

• Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
• Latest Diploma
• Birth Certificate
• Two 3x4 Photos (Blue background, white shirt, black tie, no blazer)
• Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
• Medical Certificate from Padma Bahtera Clinic
• Passport (if available)
