This program covers planning, preparedness, and response to sudden and significant adverse events, focusing on safety maintenance, protection of interests, and swift recovery.

• Birth Certificate
• Two 3x4 Photos (Blue background, white shirt, black tie, no blazer)
• Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
• Medical Certificate from Padma Bahtera Clinic
• Passport (if available)
